Btw, you know that in Saramago, out of the 17 or so staff, only three wanted to strike? The rest of the staff were against it. Yet they’re all out of a job now. This is the type of shit why you need proper union representation with a secret ballot.
Your childlike understanding of labour issues, how unionisation works and what it’s drivers are, is not only counterproductive to your objectives but is indeed regressive and harmful to workers rights and the wider left wing movement.
