| Comment | This - it's incredible how often you see people actually sweeping streets in some other countries. Obviously it comes down to money and resources and, maybe, they are missing out on other areas, but one factor here is that if someone drops some litter, it stays there until it is washed away by a deluge of rain or degrades naturally after several hundred years. (Especially outside of the Argyle street, Sauchiehall Street, Buchanan Street area) |
