The council have cleansing teams out constantly. I've never seen a more dirty city than Glasgow for litter. I've been all over the shop last few years. Rome, Budapest, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Hersonissos, Sal. Fuck sake, Sal has less litter than Glasgow and it's a third world island in Cape Verde.
None of them had much litter at all and if any of them did, it paled in comparison to Glasgow.
There's only so much you can blame the council/government but really what it comes down to is shiftless cunts and destructive little feral rats that don't value fuck all. The same reason why our glass bus stops last about a week, if that.
