Broke up with my boyfriend Sunday. My decision, for the best, far too complicated etc. None of that helps at all. Saddest I've ever been, so many emotions, mostly now feeling guilty for hurting him. Emotions are shite and irrational. I'm a bit better now, text a few pals and made solid rebound plans. Good luck working through it.
