If what you are saying is true defo phone the police. The venue has a duty of care to all patrons and especially a lone girl who has her possessions still inside. It wouldn't even matter if she was pissed.
No venues like the police being called to attend as after enough call outs the licensing board may take notice. I would also follow up with a complaint to the licensing sergeant who should be in Baird Street police office. |
