| Comment | Yeah, I see plenty of these mega bins overflowing but there also seems to be a more visible problem near me of folk leaving bin bags next to them as if they are their close or business' bins. I'm stepping over rubbish from ripped bin bags most days. There's also fly tipping near my flat and the council has missed our general waste bins twice in 6 weeks. |
