Comment	As a software developer, my first question to you would be this: Do you have the data already? Making an app or, as I'd recommend, setting up a simple wiki, is the easy part. The hard part is wrangling the data. If you don't have the data then your app is dead in the water. Unless you intend to do the research yourself.
