I absolutely despise people that say that.
I got told a long time ago by a dog owner - all his life, at least 60 + years now - never go up to any dog that you dont know and try to touch it, you just never know how the dog will react regardless of how well trained its been...just like any person, no matter how well they are brought up, they can still hurt/kill people in cold blood. |
