Also depends on if the patient cares or not and asks about it where others can hear.
Technically, to abide by patient-confidentiality, you as a general member of the public are not supposed to know what any other patient is there for, even if it's a prescription box of paracetamol. However, if either the pharmacist or patient don't care enough to be careful about how loud they're talking, everyone in hearing distance will know. |
