In the park near mines a couple of days ago, my 9 yr old daughter was 50 yards in front of me on her bike while I was walking. A bulldog that I hadnt seen ran from the side right up to her, gave her a good sniff, then ran away. Nothing happened obviously, but to me that's dangerous af, very alarming, and other than not allowing my daughter out of the house, theres nothing i can do to prevent this is there?

The dogs owner was a 50 plus lady, the dog wasnt on a leash, and had no muzzle, and when the dog was running to my daughter she called on it to stop and it didnt - ie the dog had no recall training.

On the same walk/cycle round the park, a Rottweiler the size of a fking Megalodon was off leash, no muzzle, and running around as it pleased - owner/walker again was a lady, younger, and quiet slight.

What is wrong with these people - these dogs (Rottweiler less so) are extremely dangerous and kill people.

BTW, i'm not certain the bulldog was an American Bully, it almost looked like a cross between an American Bully and a traditional British Bulldog - but it was a big muscular powerful dog and would have done serious damage had it wanted to.

This list below makes for sombre reading concerning American Bully's , horrific actually
