| Comment | It would hopefully make people accountable and was something that was done before. The moment someone starts abusing a dog or is caught owning a banned breed is no longer capable of getting one legally, if they get one legally have harsher sentences.
Doesn't matter if the vast majority are as some of the breeds are the equivelant of lethal weapons for which you should need to register for. I think you need a license to own a gun.
While the vast majority don't there's still been an increase in attacks and deaths recently. Then there's the dog shit all over the parks that while not as bad is just minging and a health hazard. |
