| Comment | Spot on. It's a total mess and nothing ever seems to be done about it. I'm terrified of those dogs - past a guy with one of them in Partick recently. Big guy, but was being literally dragged along by his giant dug. Looked to me like an American Bulldog/Pitbull cross. There is absolutely no way that he'd have been able to control or stop this beast if it had decided to go for something/someone. |
