Check the documents you got when you bought - my solicitor pointed out that the Land Certs are mostly out of date but include a burden section, and they specifically flagged the following: “ Dogs and other animals may only be kept provided they are not an annoyance to other proprietors”. You might have the same in yours, so be aware.
