Comment	Well, if you check your tenancy agreement, you will robably find that 1) You need to tell the landlord if you're going to be away for more than 2 weeks 2) You need to tell the landlord if someone over 16 is living in the property as their main or only home. Both clauses are in the model tenancy agreement, so it's unlikely your landlord would remove them.
