| Comment | This is what happened in Ireland. National bus service tried to get rid of late services over weekends, claiming the demand wasn't there (total lie, usually at last half full, rammed if there was any sort of big concert on).
Transport authority looked into it after public outcry, they found not only was demand there, more times should be available. Later buses were added seven days a week, and the existing late buses were made cheaper.
