Even if it was 14 per hour per bus that is still not enough to cover costs of labour, fuel, support staff, wear and tear and so on.
It’s not just a case of giving a driver a bus either. You need supervisors, mechanics, spare drivers in case of sickness or unforeseen circumstances. |
