What is with the cult like following of this restaurant?
The food is bland and clearly things like frozen seafood and dry store bought pasta.
The service is terrible.
The only good thing about it is the building and it being family run.
Battlefield rest is as good at Italian as Wetherspoons is at a steak. There multiple far better and authentic Italians across the city that make their own pasta and don’t put cream and peas in a carbonara for a start. |
