Comment | I'm trying to eat less shite and more actual food. Stuff that doesn't contain hunners of manmade shite and reducing my a Pepsi Max a day habit to once a week. Eating more fruit, veg and homemade meals and staying to under 1,900 calories a day.
While I've found my cravings for sweets and crisps has gotten smaller, I'm finding myself more tired, nauseous and feeling fatter than ever. 🤷 |
