| Comment | There was a phase a few years ago where American Barbecue was the hot new thing and there were tons of places offering it, like Tribeca's place in Kelvinbridge besides The Stand Comedy Club (closed now) but they were always disappointing. I don't know if they prepare it the same way as the Americans or whether the food just isn't what it's cracked up to be. I've tried Dennistouns years ago, got ribs, it was OK but I wouldn't go out my way for it again.
Never tried the legit American version so I couldn't say if anywhere in Glasgow offers anything near authentic. |
