This is a link to a website to see lots of different support groups covering most mental health problems and general well-being that kids and young adults face. It also has links to stuff to support parents and other family members. Includes a few for LGBTQ+ kids on the spectrum too. It’s actually a site set up by the camhs service so that people go to reliable sources as there is so much rubbish out there
There is a lot to look through so I’d recommend doing it in bits or you will get brain melt. |
