Flight radar says its a Piper Cherokee registered to Glasgow Flying Club. So someone out on a jolly or a flying lesson. Looks like it circled the city centre and then Scotstoun Stadium, so maybe a rugby fan on a bit of aerial sightseeing.
You see wee hobby planes over the city quite a lot.
