Hard to tell if he is genuine (‘the tiles were destroyed and couldn’t be saved as the wall behind them was damaged’ doesn’t sound convincing), or if he’s just ignored bits of the planning permission.
Not sure if someone follows up when planning permission has changed? If he’s genuine he could have done better keeping the community up to date with the development, but it’s a bit too late for that now.
The ice cream in the west end one is great though. |
