There could be an extra parking charge if you drive an SUV in the city centre. Or stop making bad decisions in the case of selling land to developers and then renting it off them like Barowland park. Or maybe if they lowered the rent on vacant shops they could get some rent instead of it laying empty for 10 years like 13- 15 king street and receiving no rent.
