yeah this. there’s also the fact that he has people do work behind the scenes. the screencaps of my comment were taken down on twitter bc the person i initially believed was a victim on his program told the poster to take them down and later on they posted it on here. they messaged me to correct that morgan hadn’t started his program at that point, they were friends and that their ex-partner holleb punched wasn’t abusive (nor did they actually know holleb at all!!!) so i presumed okay, fair enough, you want to clear thing up and don’t want your ex to bear the brunt of it.

but then when we went into it, they started going into how this was the one thing holleb had been accountable for and how afterwards they started all these grassroot workshops together and how holleb didn’t deserve being tarnished like this. they also kept trying to talk me into deleting my comments, and i told them that i would edit them to show my mistake/clear their partners name. i then brought up what pink peacock had done to govanhill and they deleted all their comments and removed their account altogether.

i figured out that this was bc the person contacting me was still in touch with holleb/pink peacock and wanted to do some damage control. that the person holleb assaulted appeared to want nothing to do with either of them. the person who contacted me couldn’t talk me into removing my comment, and i guess decided that it was a futile effort. i feel like this isn’t the first time a situation like this has happened regarding holleb.
