Comment	if there’s repeated stories about the dog poo in the letterbox - including accounts of harassment from other local businesses - maybe it might be an idea to believe them? idt darren is the sort of person to post stuff like that, he’s far too reserved to fan the flames of an online pile-on. idt it is fair to demand CCTV footage from a business who are obviously trying to avoid PP’s line of fire. it’s obviously been sent to the police or been shown offline around the time it happened. we’re talking about morgan holleb here. this is someone who punched an innocent person based on assumptions that they were abusive and decided that a great advertising campaign - as a jewish left-wing cafe nonetheless! - would be to burn a harry potter book on a busy, polluted road. if they were harassing people to the point of shoving poo in their letterboxes, it’s more likely that SLB would want to avoid any more attention from PP as they seem a little bit off the rails when it comes to proportional retaliation. it seems like former SLB staff are talking to people offline (not wanting to contribute to any online mudslinging as social media was PP’s playground) and the people they are talking to are bringing it online. it’s not really the fault of SLB just because friends of staff are telling the tale. they’re not the ones going to the internet, their friends are. even if they were just spreading shit (and i really, honestly doubt that) - what actual incentive do SLB have to cast such a specific and unusual rumour to isolate a business? a bad review from holleb is a blip on their radar. why would they want to ruin the reputation of a cafe just for that? UNLESS, unless - get this - there’s a slim possibility that they’re not in fact rumours and might actually be true.
