Not noticed this myself, could it just be a typo? Or perhaps that the V is for vegan and there are animal products like ghee in the veg samosa? Not sure!
Would say if you went in and chatted to them they will be able to tell you though. The women doing the kitchen are super friendly and I’m sure they’re used to catering for vegetarian or vegan diets.
