I think it’s naive to think a grown adult going to a public parade who shows off their naked boobs doesn’t want to cause offence and doesn’t understand that maybe there are vulnerable people around or young people. I think they knew exactly what they were doing.
If your intent is “I’ll get my boobs out and I don’t care who it upsets or offends” then yes that’s public indecency. Just because it’s Pride it’s no excuse.
In all honesty people who don’t realise whipping your boobs out is a huge risk are either 1. Tone deaf, 2. Narcissistic and selfish, or both.
It may happen in other European countries but it’s circumstantial. There’s a difference between going to the beach and seeing someone topless in Crete in 30+ degree weather and someone in the city centre of Glasgow topless in 15 degree weather.
All I’m saying is it’s a bit much in my opinion. I’ve got my opinions on the subject and that’s fine. I can’t speak for everyone. Like I said that was my only gripe. As long as folk had a good time that’s the main thing, and I can’t really get in the way of that, and I shouldn’t.
