| Comment | I remember approx 15-20 years ago when I was working in the pub. My mate was opening up boxes of Tennents pint glasses we'd just had delivered and came over to me, one of the glasses held aloft while he's admiring it like he's just unearthed it on an episode of Time Team.
"Look at this! 'Brewed from the waters of Loch Katrine', it says. That's amazing!"
That's Glasgow tapwater, Ross. They make it out of tap water. Still, it was an excellent marketing idea: sounds impressive, whilst being true. |
