| Comment | Got the same issue with a wall repair - 5/8 have paid, factor asking for those who have paid to pay more to cover those who haven’t. As far as I’m aware; 1) will void building/contents insurance and 2) potentially breach mortgage conditions for those that are mortgaged (failing to keep building in adequate condition). Factors are useless and basically can’t be bothered chasing the non-payees. I will have to write to each property and then go down small claims route if the factor won’t help and some owners are trying to shirk responsibility. Good luck! |
