I'm with Hacking and Paterson for a flat near Oban I have. We had a leak in the roof and had to get it repaired for £1900. As it's a shared roof I am trying to claw the money back. Because the missives state anything over £1k needs to be agreed by at least 50% so we are still waiting on our money. H&P didn't help at all. They wanted me to collect the money from everyone myself even though half the properties are rentals and I have no idea who owns them.
This happened a month ago. I'm just going to write off the repair on my tax return as maintenance. |
