A mate of mine is one of 8 flats in a tenement , Constant repairs being carried out and a lack of payment, Then asking to be paid up front, Got to the point where the factors sent a letter saying they are withdrawing from factoring the flats any longer, Which seems like a win in my book, Money for nothinf usually.
Sister in laws flats the same, Door entry is constantly breaking, They remove the unit and takes months to be repaired or replaced. A few times they have billed everyone for the repair being completed when they haven't even started.
