| Comment | E.coli 0157 is just not worth the risk. Years ago, a kid in my daughter's class in primary school got E.coli 0157 at a large family bbq. Most of the family went down with it, and they were extremely ill. We had infection control people coming into the town, the school - it was scary. Kid was off school for 4 months. So, only very well-done burgers for me! |
