Comment | You need to get a Customer Read for the move-in date, not an estimate. The agent should have done this for you. You should not be paying anything off the delay to moving in as not your responsibility.
When you move in, it's good practice to take photos of the meter reads. As a landlord, I always do this and share them with the tenant so everyone is clear about their position. If you didn't move in, the agent was wrong to inform the supplier of the change. |
