Right, so your rates track wholesale prices. Your rates for the day are NOT representative of your rates over the year. Funnily enough, wholesale prices in the middle of July are not the same as the rates you'll be paying in e.g. December.
Perhaps you'd like to provide a screenshot of your total bill for the past year?
