It's easier to see the issue on paper/digital ink etc
Advice what you can do depends on the person dumping. Are they council tennants, private renting, owners? Etc
Depending on what type of residence they have you can either contact the council, the landlord or write a letter (if suitable)
If possible and discreet set up cctv.
Keep chasing council factors and again note all your work down. If you get no where contact your councilor. |
