| Comment | Some people arent used to living in tenaments and/or understanding how loud they actually are. I have been on both sides of this. The loud neighbour who was mortified i was disturbing someone and also been the quiet neighbour who nicely asked the neighbour to keep it down which they did. Not everyone is a bad person, most people are trying tbeir best but a bit too wrapped up in their own wee world. Noise is also subjective and Walls are thinner from building to building. |
