| Comment | They’re the factors of my current place - left our building uninsured for a short period of time now we’re getting stung with a massive bill for something that happened during that time. Damage is getting worse and they’re ignoring everything we send including police crime refs, all they do is keep sending out bills for thousands of pounds which we’re refusing to pay. We get billed for “work” on the building but no one ever sees it being done eg gutters cleaned and attic cleaned of pigeon poop but none of the 8 flats in the building saw anyone and they’ve told us they have no keys for this building so we’ve no idea how they got in to get to the attic or how they got up to the gutters with no scaffolding or ladders... They asked us to increase our payments (fair enough, it had been the same for years), took the additional money but didn’t update anything their end and continued to send statements showing the lower payment then sent a bill demanding the “debt” be paid and contacted debt collectors. Back tracked once I eventually got hold of them but took a while and had to provide bank statements showing how much was being paid and for them to agree there was no debt. We’re £80 to change lightbulbs so we just do it ourselves whenever it’s needed. Close is mopped every two weeks. Standard shitemare factors but heard worse stories about others |
