| Comment | Housing Associations are much more preferable to private landlords. With regards to cats and smoking etc, if its not been a problem as yet then I doubt it would be now and a Housing Association isn't going to turf you out for either of those.
Housing Associations are also regulated by The Scottish Housing Regulator and you've got access to their complaints procedure and the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman if you ever needed them. |
