this sounds delicious! Lotus did a fried aubergine and it is one of nicest things i have ate.
we got the vegan nuggets from M&S and i really like them for nostalgia and quickness but my daughter wasn’t as keen on them unfortunately :/
usually i pan fry tofu coated with panko and she likes that but it not same as one of those big chicken balls lol |
