| Comment | Theres some exemptions to this, I’m Scottish but grew up in Ireland. SAAS still paid for my tuition fees when my family moved back here when I was 18.
I never got the reason for it though but my parents were able to fill out a form and I know one of the questions was did we have a house here which we still had and had been renting the whole time we lived abroad. So it’s worth enquiring. |
