Yes that was also true actually but believe it or not if you have a british passport you are supposed to have lived in Scotland for the past 3 years prior to applying. If I’d applied for an Irish passport when I lived there (something I’ll regret for the rest of my life) I could’ve then applied as an EU student and wouldn’t have had any hassle.
At the time I was applying anyways there was a different route for british passport holders and for people with a (non British) eu passport. It was a stressful situation. |
