Thanks. When I bought my second car (the one that just failed), I was looking around for 2-3 month, so I was sort of patient. I missed some opportunities to see cars because I couldn't get there in time (I have no car), and the car market is filled with flippers searching for all those good opportunities.
Both cars had very good MOT histories. Although I know now it means nothing.
