Comment	My friend got his bike stolen (while it was chained up) literally about 3 seconds from the subway entrance. He went inside to ask about cctv and if anyone saw anything. He never got his bike back. If your bike is literally feet away from the entrance of a subway and it gets stolen in the middle of the day, where is it safe?
