From above comment mentioning Shawlands is starting to cool down, but not where I can put 10-15% over the HR value. Anywhere else nearish to Shawlands that isn’t as crazily competitive and over 10-15% HR value? It would be great to still be walking distance to Shawlands with cheaper flat prices.
