How does/could sentencing get changed in Scotland?
In theory from where could sentencing be made tougher in Scotland?
Hollyrood, Westminster, something to do with Judges or the judiciary. It's been lenient for certain crimes for decades so it's been under all parties, I'm just wondering the workings of it.
