| Comment | Lawyers act as mouthpieces for their client, unless there is a flagrant breach of the law in their dealings with them, you don't factor in your own opinions to how the client wants to be represented. Part and parcel of representation, and my guess is the guy didn't exactly pay to be represented. Probably a poor public defender assigned to a shite case. |
