| Comment | It’s historically a bit of a shitpit and so was relatively cheap. As such there’s a variety of social housing/asylum seekers in the general area.
There also used to be a homeless hostel next to the park but I think that’s gone now. (Happy to be corrected).
I’d recommend viewing flats there with an open mind, you can’t control who lives in your close and it can be the difference between a dream home and a hellscape. |
