Yes, it's UK-wide. Just as we were leaving East .IDs to return to Glasgow, homeless and beggars began to appear in the town.

Whilst not all are genuinely homeless, they will be suffering from addiction and other problems but austerity means they don't get the help they need.

Tory policies at work.

As an aside, never give to beggars. If you want to help, donate or volunteer with Shelter, or any other charity of your choosing.
