Now Admittedly I have no confirmation but i would be blown away if you told me this was the very first time this guy has fallen foul of any wrongdoing and when you read what that guy actually did !!!, let’s face fasts the guy wasn’t caught stealing Kitkats fae the local Nisa, he subject a middle aged woman to a prolonged period of physical torture and threatened to murder her!!!! That screams major MAJOR violent tendencies and the lack of self control that he more than likely WILL act on them again , and the next person might no be so lucky.
