Remember when he vaguely threatened to demolish it if the Council didn't pay for renovations? Absolute scam artist. I reckon we should compulsory purchase it but declare its value as £1 due to the amount of work it needs. Give the man a quid and send him off to fuck. It'll probably cost an arm and a leg in court costs when he tries appealing it but at this point I'm happy to pay that just to take the bastard to task.
